I had a chance to meet the man back in 1995 when he was still on active duty.  He was an amazing speaker than, and I can only imagine he has gotten better since he now does it for a living.

I have had the pleasure of hearing Col. Dave several times. Great speaker, very supportive of law enforcement (IIRC, his father was a Police Chief). Don't miss any chance to hear his presentation.....
