I went to an FBI course a few years ago about officers killed and assaulted in the line of duty. In part of the class we watched interview videos of cops and bad guys that survived gunfights. One older cop that was interviewed said that he had fired every round through his revolver and immediatly dumped the empty brass into his hand, then into his pocket, and then stood there waiting for the next range command. :eek:
