I found out for the first time the other day, that LEO can have their names scrubbed from the tax assessor website-which as you guys may know can be searched by owner. I know if someone really wants to find you, they probably can, but why make it easy for them? I didn't know that short of putting real estate in a trust that this was possible. If it's something you'd like to do, I'd start by contacting your local tax assessors office and inquire about how to go about it. If it's offered in my area, I think it probably is in most.
