Would anyone care to share their department lesson plan and possibly videos on this topic?

Our agency recently purchased Streamlight TLR-1 HL's and the Safariland holsters for our already issued Glock 23's.  At this time we are awaiting the delivery.

There should already be a lesson plan/ SOP for when you can draw your weapon.
The WML just assists you in identifying the threat after it became necessary for you to draw your weapon.
