Last night about 0300 one of my co-workers collapsed at his house off duty. The girl he was with called 911 but we don't know how long it took her to find him and call it in. Fire arrives on scene and was ready to call him on scene, not breatheing, no pulse. AMR arrives and says screw that and starts working him and was able to get intermittent pulse beats on the way to the hospital. He gets there having technically died 4-5 times and is now in critical condition at the ICU. Doctors have ruled out heart attack, but he is too unstable to be taken for a cat scan.  They are worried his brain was w/out oxygen for extended periods of time.
So no-one knows what the heck happened. He is in his mid 30's in great shape.

Just Asking to keep him in any prayers. We are having an officer at the hospital rotated out every hour to stay w/him.
