For those that have never atteded Police week in DC, last night held a very special candle light vigil at the National Memorial. A brilliant double rainbow appreared in the sky as they spoke of the valor of NYPD ESU officers who lost their life at the WTC. At certain times the trees surrounding the memorial came alive and swayed like a wave all over the memorial. It was sureal. I know those officers we lost in the past were there "on watch". No doubt the most touching ceremony ever. Tommorrow holds a ceremony on the US Capitol lawn.
