Did any of your departments ever buy the long wheelbase Crown Vics?  I never knew they existed till I had to replace a rear window.  Just curious.

They're for taxi uses. Rear seat legroom isn't a priority in the police world.

Well I've been a full-time police officer for thirteen years and rear seat legroom is a priority.  When you start squeezing people in the back you get more combative subjects out.
