I'm sorry no one has responded to this post yet...maybe they've been thinking about these posters(?) and how they feel about them, as I have been.  At first I wasn't sure if I liked them or not.  They have impact, definitely.  Since I'm actively pro-choice, I especially like the tone of the first photo in this post.

What I like about these postings: The model projects character, not sexuality.  She's not wearing visible makeup or jewelry.  She looks serious and committed without looking like Lady Rambo.  The messages chosen are ones that emphasize strength and independence, rather than the female-oriented ads I've seen from the NRA that emphasize fear and weakness.  These posters(is that what they are?) say, "A woman is a strong, independent creature and a gun is part of that," where the NRA efforts usually seem to say, "A woman is weak and liable to be attacked and raped at any moment, so be very afraid and go get a gun for your defense."  Any woman can tell you which message speaks better to her.

If these are NRA products, they (NRA) may have hope for attracting more women.  If these aren't NRA products, maybe they ought to be!

Can you share where these are from?  And if they are copyrighted?

Thank you for posting them.
