So how much did you take off? What did you do to take it off? Could use some pointers here.

I increased my cardio, started a core body workout, and started swimming more often, and with more intensity.
As far as food, I only eat healthy food that I don't like.
And NOTHING between meals. EVER.
THEN I broke my leg, and didn't think I was going to be able to drop, because I couldn't exercise at all for 7 weeks. The crutches actually worked out to be a good thing, using them WAS a workout for me! I was worried about getting too much definition in my upper body, but they really buffed out my arms. I'll have to start again on the legs in a few weeks...
I went from a size 10/12 to a very comfortable size 6, and Girlfriend..Its SO much more fun to shop in the 6's
