It's usually not a good thing--rolls on the back that run over the bra. Not the good kind of running over.
Can happen when the bra is too small or back muscles aren't toned. |

It's the bulge that shows in the back around the bra strap. It looks pretty nasty with a tight fitting top. I've always thought it was due to an incorrectly fitting bra but it is 'suppose' to be cause by the way the bra is made. I think the 'cup runneth over' thing is referred to as 'spilling'.
