- Bandage pouch (& compression bandage).
- Some guys carried a carabiner on the front of the LBE strap. |

Add a bayonet and/or some type of issue or personal combat knife. A poncho, poncho liner, and possibly an isopad,.

I did not know that. Quite interesting. The first time I saw the K-Pot was in Airborne School in late 1988. I went through Infantry OSUT with the Steel Pot. |
