Troy, This sounds like a very big grey area! One that would not be beneficial to someone if this procedure was not done correctly. I have seen the LE entry stock from RRA which is post ban legal and very small, but I do not like the looks of it. I think it will only be a matter of time before someone will sell a permanently fixed shortened carbine stock.
