Not legal possess, not legal for resident of NYC to receive them in the mail either.

Definitely not good to go in NYC. If they live outside of Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, or Staten Island they are pretty much good to go. (Not sure about Albany/Rochester)

Would anyone have any paperwork or articles on this. Maybe a copy of the actual law for NYC and high capacity mags?
