Was checking out the 300 Whisper upper from SSK Ind's.
If a suppressor is classified as a flash hider then it could only be mounted to a pre-ban lower. But, since this is a new upper, and wasn't assembled on a pre-ban before the AW ban, then I am probably outta luck in making a rifle.

As long as the lower is from a pre-ban rifle(I am not going into the latest discussion on pre-ban lowers) then the upper would be able to be put onto the lower.
