can a corporation have sbr's just like having automatic weapons, no fingerprints, no leo check off, or is it a completely different game? While I am at it, can a sbr be made from a pre-ban homebuilt reciever that has no serial #?

Yes, a corp can purchase anything legal to own in the state where the NFA item will be received and kept.  This includes silencers, short-barrel stuff, AOW and machineguns.

Yes, an SBR can be made from a homebuilt receiver with no serial number, but you'll have to assign a serial number and put your manufacturer info on it when you make it into an SBR.

(homebuilt "preban"?  riiiiight....)
