OK, so i never heard of the Hellstorm, but does this mean I can't get a Hellfire, GAT, etc.

I guess it means you won't be getting it from that particular store, at any rate. I know of no law prohibiting trigger cranks, activators or palpitators in Florida, nor is there any reference to such at the NRA's state firearms law page for Florida.

I'll check my state law guide when I get home, though.

Have you considered doing a search of the Florida code online? Most states have such a facility at their legislature's website now.

Search under "automatic" and check Florida's definition of FA fire. Certain states define a FA differently. eg. Ohio determines it to be any weapon with a magazine of more than 30 rds, and one state down south only considers rifles capable of 3 rounds from one pull of the trigger to be FA's (a 2 rounds burst would be a fed FA, but not an FA for that state's purposes).

That sys. is for sale in the ShotGun News and has been for years.

I would take a look and call one of the adds and see what all they have to say.
