Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking for a specific secton of law. Can anyone help me?

I'm trying to find information on New York State Education Law.  What I'm looking for is the text of it so I can look for the things in the law that I need info on.  

Can anyone recommend any online sources of information?  Findlaw.com is of no help, and the states own website that has the information is down for some reason.
