My oldest brother has two old bolt action rifles. He also has a middle aged crackhead son-in-law. He has broken into the house in the past and has stolen tools from him. Would there be any legal rammifications if I locked his rifles up at my house? They would be much safer here.

In today's world I suspect his legal ramifications of leaving unsecured firearms around his own home far outweight yours in this instance.

If you can legally posess the rifles (not a felon, etc) you can store them at your house without a worry.

I am not a lawyer.  This is not legal advice.  Consult a doctor if you have an erection which lasts longer than 4 hours.
