Is it legal to install a folding stock on a Yugo SKS?

Some suppliers cite section 922 (r). I looked at it and can't find anything wrong.

Any help our there?

why would you want to?

i've seen it done and it just look dumb.  not to mention it will be very front heavy unless you take the grenade launcher off the front.


that's just my opinion though.  don't let me stop you.
