There are several (relatively) public ranges in the Knoxville area. TWRA has the John Sevier Range (in Halls) open 3 or 4 days a week. $4 a day, $100 a year, or join VRPC for ~ $80 a year. The city of Norris has a range, $20 a year and you get a key. It's closed during parts of deer season. Oak Ridge Sportsmans Assn. has one of the finest range facilities in the U.S. ORSA membership is $100 a year. Feel free to email me for further details. |
