hello;

not gun related.  what is best for x'fer of our estate,  wills or living trust?  have ask several lawyers and all i became is confused.  get the feeling all they are looking at is their fee (with wills) at the time of my (wife) death.  estate will be in excess of 7 figures.  thank you for any input.

Call the state bar - you clearly need a lawyer and if the estate is really that big your heirs will take it in the shorts without one.  Tell the bar what you said here and they should give you someone; the attorney will get their fee but they will earn it.
