Has anyone heard about the president changing certain parts of the 1994 changes, that is,  the ones that haven't been signed into law? I heard that some of the things about the 1994 changes, such as the LE/GOV/Export rules on guns and mags, can be changed by something called a "Golden Clause" after 8 years. Anything on this would be helpful.
