I was wondering if anyone noticed the article about the juvenile who was charged with firing a pistol and had bail established at $250,000?

I think it's retarded. It's not the way bail is meant to be used. If the person is a danger, then NO bail is to be set. If he is not, then bail is to be set within reasonable means of the person.
Anyways, yeah, the kid should be where he is right now, juvi. I believe he had brought the gun with him to school that day too. Maybe his buddies will get the clue and drop the banger attitude, but thats doubtful. |
