IS possession of EXTRA pre ban uppers, in proximity to a post ban lowers the same alphabet dream????

CavVet, Do you mean you have several lowers? some pre- and some post-? I think the MG parralel may be trick because of what parts get counted as the "MG".

If you have a pre- lower and several pre- uppers, I don't see a problem. Even if you have post lowers also.

If you have post lowers and all pre- uppers there may be a problem.

If you have complete post- rifles and extra pre- uppers, I don't think that is proof of anything. I believe they need to [red]catch[/red] you with an illegal AW or have a statement of intent to create illegal AW's to be able to charge something like that.  

That's as best as I can reason it out.
