Checked out NRAILAand dug up a question.
I am 19(20 in aug) and am stationed in South Carolina at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. SC laws say it is unlawful to have a handgun execpt, " Any person under 21, but this does not apply to the temporary loan of a handgun for instruction purposes when the minor is under the immediate supervision of a parent or adult instructor, or members of the armed forces." Now, its not part of my duty to fool with side-arms, but I want a USP real bad.
I can get a buddy to buy it for me, but can I have it?

Yup, and I'll let you play with it at the NC shoot! But can I posses it?
