First off, several fluent in NFA legalese have warned against using a non profit for obtaining registered items.  Nonetheless I intend to do it.  My reasoning is that nothing I buy (cans and maybe an SBR or two) will increase in value.  Any complications of an audit pale in comparison to my mother and wife having access to the safe and be able to use whatever they may need legally.

That said, I'd like to get started on this already!  Problem is I am not yet married and not gonna stay in  this house for very long.  My wedding date is in July and we hope to be in a home next summer.  Even have a home picked out and enough saved cash to put down a fair and ever increasing down payment.

Should I wait until all is settled or can I start a corp now?  Is it a big problem to change addresses down the road?
