is it legal to have a barrel threaded that is not offered otherweise?  Im thinking of purchasing a beretta CX4 Storm and it would be sweet to put a silencer on it.

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't know of any laws against threaded barrels.

Yes, however, in Michigan, where I live, it is illegal to put a silencer on a weapon.
