Has anything changed regarding the hi-cap magazines laws in California? I overheard that they are selling again.

As far as i know nothing has changed in the magazine laws for california.  There is no regulation on ownership so if you have them you can take them to the range, but you cannot buy sell import or basically do anything else with them.
