What is the situation in Kali after the end of AWB?

The Kali AWB will remain in place, unchanged. You can't buy a new one, you can't build one, you can't sell one or give it away or will it to your heirs (other than to a licensed AW dealer in CA or to an FFL holder in another state).
For AR type rifles, unless you already have a registered lower receiver you will still be SOL. If you do have a registered lower receiver, you will be able to legally configure your rifle with features that would now be called "pre-ban". |

You can buy high-caps for your .22 LR weapons. I didn't buy my first 10/22 until after the CA ban so I was affected.
