Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bringing Canadian high capacity mag back in to the US after Sept 13th?

I'm 15minutes from Canada and know of a couple shops there that carry Ruger 10-22 25 and 30 round mags for $17 Canadian. Will it be legal for me to purchase them and bring the back across the border on Sept 14th? I know I might have to pay a duty but will it be legal?
