...& I said scratch. He argued that the '89 ban only refers to configuration at the time of importation, & does not apply to any modifications made thereafter. I again said scratch, but he insisted nonetheless. Tell me I'm right here (Actually, I'd prefer to be wrong, but am certain I'm correct in my assertion).
