Why couldn't one of the currently available forged or cast lowers be built as a preban...is there any way to know that the builder didn't build it before the ban? Is there anyway that this could be done legally?

But what he is asking is WHAT IF you bought a 80%'er or just a casting and did it.  What is to prove that it was done AFTER the bans?  There would be NO proof either way, and since YOU would be the manufaturer ,there are NO serial #s to trace.
I have tons of AR acessories, AR kits and such that I have NO reciepts for.  They are all over 14yrs old, and moving around looses NONimportant (at the time) reciepts...
