I recently sold a Colt 16" M4 barrel on e-bay.  The buyer e-mailed me with his mailing address and it is in Guam.  Does anyone know if there are any restrictions on the sale of gun parts to people in Guam?

Thanks

this post caught my eye as i was stationed in Guam once. is there any chance that the buyer was a dealer? i ask since there are quite a few indoor shooting ranges/dealers in Guam, mostly catering to the Japanese tourists that frequent the island.
i hope the link helps you out.

I checked with ATF.  They said it was OK as long as it was just a part, not a receiver with a serial number.
