Can you put a folding stock on a post ban 10/22? The gun shop owner said I could as long as I don't use magazines that extend below the stock. Is he telling me the truth or not?

Yes, as long as it is ONLY a folder. Can't have a pistol grip/folder combo.

I didn't know someone made a folder without a pistol grip. I have a chote folder. sk

No.
It doesn't matter that the mags extend below the stock or not, all that matters is that they are removeable.

You can have one "evil feature" it could either be a folding/telescoping stock or a pistol grip but not both.
