I have a post in equipment exchange and a serviceman is interrested in a
couple of delta ring assemblies but he out of the US.

I read a thing that said you can not ship firearms but a couple of delta rings
can be hardly concidered firearms but they are part of

normally i just tell people US sales only but since he is in the service im doing
a little research so if any one knows or has shipped small parts to a APO AE address
or knows if thats a NO NO please let me know

I have shipped parts to our guys overseas.  Just fill out the paperwork at the postoffice and put down "Personal Safety Equipment" where the description is and the value.  No problems.
