My local pack and mail says on their website
that an individual cannot ship firearms OR
PARTS!

http://packandmailny.com/regulations.htm#badstuf

(actually , they just give stuff to UPS to
ship)

I rent a box from them, mainly to RECEIVE
ammo and parts , but I might want to send
some parts sometime.

Is this just their policy , or has the law changed?

They say BB guns and bows are firearms too ?

Somebody splain this to me LOL  [whacko]

I was told recently that UPS requires firearms to be shipped from a customer counter, or directly from an FFL customer's premises - no contract pickup points or dropoff boxes or handing it to any driver.

That shouldn't apply to non-firearm parts, but I guess Pak-Mail can make up any stupid corporate policy they like, so long as it conforms to their contract with UPS.
