[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Shipping a post ban ar from Ca.?

Can a non FFL person ship a postban bushmaster from Ca. to an FFL in new jersey using UPS,or does the Ca. person have to go to an FFL in Ca.?
From what i read it looks ok for the Ca. guy to ship the rifle to an FFL in NJ.
