I think the only thing wrong with that is the fact he ruined perfectly good parts by welding them to make them inoperable.
As far as I can tell it's just a parts kit. And it's screwed up. He won't ship to CA. Are non guns illegal in CA now? |

This set inculdes the original reciever which is not de-milled......
