Somebody mentioned this lawsuit filed by the Fresno DA Hunt for SB23 being too vague to enforce. Here's the URL:

In short, the temporary injunction request was denied. I don't know what the status of the case but one interesting key information is a request for jury trial. This will probably favor the DA, Hunt over Lockyer. It will be interesting to see if this gets denied. I suspect it will
