In the AW Ban, it states one of the evil features is a "Grenade Launcher". Does the "37mm Flare Launcher" count as the Grenade Launcher feature?? Or can I put anything on as long as I don't "Launch Grenades" out of it???

From what I understand, the 37mm is not a "grenade launcher", it is a signalling device for use with flares, bird bombs and the like.  However, if you own ANY 37mm cartridge that shoots a rubber, wood or metal anti-personel(SP?) projectile, than you have a "destructive device" that must be licensed and taxed.  I know I didn't explain this very well, so go to www.37mm.com for all this and more about the 37MM.
