I had some unneeded Wolff magazine springs (20 and 30 round mags) for sale on eBay and the only bids I received were from a person in France. We're only talking a half dozen pieces and I have no desire to run afoul of the law over $20 worth of parts. From what I 've found, I should be OK as long as it's less than $100 worth of stuff and not a major component (barrel, receiver, etc.). Any opinions on whether I should mail this or refund his money?

Next time I will include "US only".

Be careful that it is not another international wire scam.

There is a minimum value below which an export license is not needed but I just don't screw around with it.
