It shouldn't be a problem (on the Canada customs side of things).  I've had several sets of AR furniture and an M7 bayonet that I won on Ebay make it here without a hitch.  As long as the item being shipped is not a lower receiver or complete firearm (for example the trigger group parts), then you should be good to go.  Hope this helps.
