Blue is nations the US should keep.

Red is nations we should let Russia have (assuming they help us in our war).

Green is what we should give to the Frogs (again assuming they don't fuckl with us.) Notice Québec.

Yellow is what we should give Spain (assuming they help us.)

Brown is what we should give India (assuming they help us.)

Dark Green is what we should give Italy (assuming they help us.)

Most of the green and yellow countries are places we'd rather not have as part of America (Québec, Africa, Bolivia, SE Asia, etc...)
