That's a stupid question.   We already HAVE a full right to keep and bear arms.   The problem is that those with socialist leanings keep deliberately misinterpreting the law.


We don't need to give up any freedoms to protect the 2nd amendment.  We just need to be damned sure that we let our elected officials know that WE THE PEOPLE won't allow them to screw us!

But if I really had to pick two,  I'd pick 7 and 10, if restricted to picking from the first 10 amendments.

If given my pick of ALL the amendments, I'd choose 18 and 21, which results in no change.  If you restricted those from the selections,
I'd choose the most recent two, on the basis that we got along fine without them for a LONG time and can probably get along without them again.

My Pleasure! I would whole heartedly give up, the 16th Amendment (gives power to Congress to collect Income Taxes) and either the 19th (gives the vote to women) or 26th Amendment (lowers voting age from 21 to 18).

I would not give up any , once 1 or 2 fall the rest are not far behind.

Just a quick observation:

Those of you picking the 16th and 19th amendments are [b]not playing by the rules![/b]  Imbroglio said "from the Bill of Rights"...which is and only ever will be the first Ten Amendments.  Amendments 11-26 are not part of the Bill of Rights.

And pertaining to the question, I would give up the 1st and 4th amendments...so then we could have all the weapons of a modern army, then win the recognization of these inherent rights back, permanently.
