*stolen from EOD |

He's got Marine rank too unless your uniform also adds service branch insignia in between stripes and chevrons....
I was in the Marine Corps AND the Army though.
I like the direction of the new dress blue uniform though. I might even buy one. |
Are Army National Guard members issued dress or formal uniforms or do they only wear ACU's?

Are Army National Guard members issued dress or formal uniforms or do they only wear ACU's? I received the Service A uniform along with the utility uniforms. I just gave them to my EOD buddy when I got out. I never even took the tags off. Apparently his unit wasn't on the ball when it came to getting uniforms for their guys. |

Why does he have a freakishly big EIB?!?
And no combat patch huh? |

Oh great, now our guys will look like GI Joe villains. Or SS Panzer troops. |

Sorry. That is just fucking gay. What the fuck is that? Some sort of fucking hokey pokey dance? I mean, fuck. |
Ugh, two shades of dark blue and with white shirts? WTF. They're trying to make the Army look like the Air Farce. Army should wear green with green. Period.z |
That's the ARMY? |

Those look an awful lot like Marine dress blues That's a good thing. Edit; The pic looks like my kid colored it. |

Looks like the old TSA uniforms! OMG! He has nail clippers! Attack!!! |
I always knew acid washed clothes would come back into style.
So what, Marine Dress Blues with patches and shit all over them??
Really. What is it with the Army. Badges patches and shit all over. Glad I was in the Marines instead.
Okay, at least those don't have the ghey gold pinstriping. |
I'm going to look at this in the morning... this can't be right
Guess I'm the black sheep, but I like the regular old green class A's. I think they look very sharp and professional.

btw, couldnt they have gotten atleast 1 good model? If all the people in the army stateside look like this pay some money for real models or drop by the local gym and pick some people up or something. |

I hate everything about that drawing from the stupid beret, to the Marine Corps style rank, to the stupid four-finger Homer Simpsons hands. There is no redeeming quality at all and looks like a 7th grader drew it while sitting on the crapper between classes. If "retro" is the way the Army is going to go I rather it go back 90 years to the style of General Pershing, pictured below. http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff98/mailbcw/general-pershing.jpg?t=1264831991 btw this would be an awesome look |

Getting ready for the coming out parties in the various branches ......the new army dress blues are just swishy and right on time..iodine on finger and put down throat to puke

Quoted: Why does he have a freakishly big EIB?!? And no combat patch huh? Because it's not real.. The real 'new' dress uniform, is a slightly modified version of the (very) old blues. And yes, no combat patch (last I heard). |
