this is probably one of the most absurd things i've read in quite a while. it's about a hit and run victim that was left in the windshield until he died. i'm not familair at all with texas or fort worth. is anyone familiar with the area where this occurred?

I grew up in Burleson, but spent most of my time on the south side of Ft. Worth. It's sure changed alot in 25 years.
