Yeah, this is like, "99 percent of all those arrested homicide consumed some sort of wheat product within 24 hours before the commission of the crime."  Ban wheat.  Do it for the children.

These statistics disturb me.

What is a "fatal medical error"?--if someone comes into the hospital and is having a heart attack, and they die in the hospital, is that a fatal medical error?  What if they are given a medication that doesn't work well enough, and they die?  What if they have a fatal allergic reaction?  

If you are going to compare numbers, why don't you compare the number of times a gun is drawn or fired vs the # of hospital admissions?  In both cases there is a problem that needs addressed.

No, obviously not. Medical "accidents" are those  that have been investigated and shown to be errors in diagnoses and/or treatment of patients resulting in death - not due to natural consequences of their ailments.


Yes, that would make gun ownership look even MORE safer than hospital stays.

Uh oh, I just realized that doctors all have to be trained and licensed to practice, maybe we shouldn't look at these statistics, otherwise we'll have the same procedure for us!  

I have worked in a hospital for a little over two years and I have seen Doctors kill patients may times. Why because they are held up on high they don't lesion to the Nurse or God forbid a paramedic.

No all doctors are like this but there are a lot who are. They think there $hit does not stink. I have seen it about 20 or 30 times.

A few times it had been with babies I have taken about 20 babies that where full sized down to the cooler. There is nothing worse then that and a few times it has been because of the doctor. It's something that stays with you forever.

So, how well is it working for the doc's?  Maybe they should be as untrained as us poor undeumacated gun owners.
