This guy is on to something. He needs to improve his product, so that it has a warhead big enough to take out a typical car or light truck, and is fire and forget.
If you have ever ridden a motorcycle in traffic, you know what I'm talking about. |

I find myself driving and daydreaming of such a device daily.  Looks like some very undesirable potential for self-inflicted ricochets though.
