yes, it's the cold war contingency plan for if the russkis nuked dc. wouldnt want the country to descend into chaos just cause some elected officials got vaporised, would you?

i hear there's a big underground facility in leesburg va where all the rabbits could run to. watch "dr strangelove", and pay special atention to the part at the end about the mineshaft race.
