I'm in the middle of Robinson Crusoe and last night I picked up a book entitled, A Mighty Fortress: A New History of the German People by Steven Ozment.
The last couple of books I read are A Holocaust Reader: From Ideology to Annihilation by Rita Steinhardt Botwinick, and prior to that I read Making a Killing: The Business of Guns in America by Tom Diaz. I feel like there may have been others since then, but my brain feels fuzzy. That last one contains one or two good reminders to always keep an eye on the footnotes.

Just finished "Flyboys" by James Bradley.
Really, really brought out the horrors of the pacific in WWII and everything that led up to it from the perspective of both sides. Good read. |

Reading and almost done with: Enemies Foreign and Domestic Next up: Starship: Flagship (Just got it and it's not as thick as I was expecting so it probably won't take me that long) My next purchases are going to be: Domestic Enemies: The Reconquista, House to House and maybe Civil War II: The Coming Breakup Of America |

Last was The Company by K. J. Parker. Now is Boneshaker by Cheri Priest. Next will be The Ancient by R. A. Salvatore.
I haven't been able to sit and read in forever because of the baby so I'm thoroughly enjoying my newfound reading freedom. |
